Over the past 35 years, Lee Byungim (b. 1969) has explored a broad spectrum of painting—from Impressionism to abstraction—pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. Liberating herself from conventional color systems, she reconstructs the canvas with a palette uniquely her own, guided by the belief that “feeling has no boundaries.” Her work begins with a single dot, evolving into a complete aesthetic of fullness. Through the organic flow from line to plane, she continues to expand the possibilities of form, offering a visual language that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
